Sundown at Sam's Music Series
During the Sundown at Sam's Live Music Series, the museum grounds come alive three evenings in the spring with live music from local artists.

Spring 2026 dates to be announced.
Music kicks off each evening at 6:15 p.m.
The music series takes place at the outdoor stage on the museum grounds located between the Steamboat House and Wigwam Neosho Museum Store.
There is no charge.
Food and drinks are available for purchase from:
- Delmy's Food Stand - pupusas, tacos, quesadillas, soda, and water
- Sam's Table Restuarant - beer and wine
Both vendors accept credit card or cash.
You are allowed to bring your own snacks, but no outside alcohol is allowed.
The music series is outside. Chairs and/or blankets are encouraged as the museum does not provide chairs.
The museum grounds are closed off to parking for the music series. Parking options:
- After 5 p.m. parking is available along 19th Street on the museum side of the street.
- Katy & E. Don Walker, Sr. Education Center located at 1402 19th Street.
- Limited parking by the Sam Houston Memorial Museum and duck pond, accessible from Sam Houston Avenue (1836 Sam Houston Avenue)
During the music series, the Wigwam Neosho Museum Store is open for business with bathrooms.
In case of inclement weather or wet grounds, the music will be moved inside to the Woodward Auditorium at the Katy & E. Don Walker, Sr. Education Center located at 1402 19th Street.
